Account Manager (Sales) (Seattle, WA)

We have a new opportunity on our team for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. We are seeking a sales or recruiting professional that is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Job Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for generating new partnerships and sales opportunities with companies in the Seattle Market. The Business Development Manager will apply a consultative approach to selling our Accounting and Finance staffing solutions; conduct a high number of marketing calls and client presentations to C -level and senior level decision makers. The Business Development Manager must be able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients. Partner closely with a team of experienced Recruiters and sales team. Provide the highest level of service to new and existing clients.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration highly preferred
2+ years of experience in either Accounting, Business Development, Outside Sales, or Recruiting required
Experience selling a professional or staffing service is a plus
Successful track record of exceeding sales and revenue goals
