Small 40+ person start up in downtown Seattle seeks an Accounting Specialist immediately. Open to contract and contract to hire applicants. Must be interested in a wide variety of accounting and office tasks. Responsibilities not limited to assisting with AP, basic account reconciliations, payroll, processing expense reports, creating reports, and maintaining HR records, tax files, and employee information.
Strong proficiency with Excel
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus but not required
Ability to wear different hands, team player, and strong work ethic
