Our client is a prestigious healthcare organization based in the Bay Area. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, this position is responsible for directing the strategic development, implementation and maintenance of all financial planning functions for the organization and its affiliates including: operational budgeting, productivity, long range financial planning, capital planning, cost accounting, decision support and Service Line analysis, business planning, and financial analysis. Position will manage a team of 7.
Healthcare industry experience (knowledge of medical reimbursement, etc.).
Requires a dynamic personality and change agent.
Requires a strong manager of staff who can coach and develop their team.
Strong FP&A experience and the ability to develop strong proformas and financial analysis.
Strong experience in data and analytics/decision support.
