CVPartners is seeking individuals who are exceptionally experienced in AP to assist our client for 3-4 months. The role is located in the Financial District in San Francisco at a fast paced, start up company in a newer technology industry! Lots of exciting things are happening and there are lots of perks and upside within the role.

  • Own the full cycle AP, from receiving invoices to check runs.
  • Ensure appropriate vendor setup
  • Review and process employee expense reports in Expensify and enforce compliance with the company T&E policy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and expense report related inquiries
  • Identify and implement processes improvements
  • Manage accounts payable subledger, resolving issues on a timely basis
  • Provide monthly reporting on key accounts payable metrics to management
  • Evaluate invoicing, expense report and travel systems and be a project lead for implementation
  • Perform month end reconciliations including Credit Card, Expense report, and AP accruals
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as necessary
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with full cycle AP, Expense Reports, and Credit Cards
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
  • International and domestic payment experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized individual that has the capability to manage a high volume of invoices and expense reports meeting deadlines by effectively managing their time independently
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in the tech or comparable industry with the ability to operate in a fast paced and complex environment
  • Knowledge of Intacct and Expensify
  • Intermediate excel skills
