Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities of the Global Payroll Specialist job in Bellevue, WA
Responsible for processing global payroll entries timely and accurately
Work with relocation and global mobility vendors to process local payroll, taxes and fringe benefits
Partnership with members of HR, Legal and other internal groups and external tax, audit, relocation service providers
Work with outside vendors and agencies for new local, state and country filings
Prepare payroll and benefits reports and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
Timely import timecards from timecard system (Netsuite) to the payroll system (ADP.) Review and reconcile time entries included time off (PTO) weekly.
Process local workers compensation and quarterly Washington State L&I reconciliation and tax payment
Assist with changes for direct deposit, tax withholding allowances, qualifying life events, benefit changes, etc.
Semi-monthly benefit funding of employee contributions for 401K, HSA, FSA
Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors Degree required
4+ years of payroll processing
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and able to quickly adapt to other Finance and Accounting systems (Netsuite, ADP)
Working knowledge of Payroll systems, experience with ADP preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy
