Sr. Regulatory Reporting Manager

Our client is a highly respected publicly traded global financial services firm seeking a CCAR Senior Reporting Manager directly responsible for building out the expanded regulatory reporting team to support the new CCAR reporting for FR Y14M s, FR Y14Q s and Liquidity Coverage Reporting (LCR). The position will lead the effort to embed the compliance standards and guidelines of the bank' s Data Governance Office and Regulatory Reporting Accountability Policy into the reporting framework. This position will have a high degree of visibility throughout the organization and will have the opportunity to work with team members across the organization, including Data Governance Office, CCAR Program Office, Information Technology, SEC Reporting, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Credit Reporting and Global Operations. Location will be based in Santa Clara, CA.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor' s degree in Accounting or Finance required
Minimum 8+ years experience in accounting and financial analysis/reporting experience with exposure to financial institution regulatory reporting environment
CPA/MBA Preferred
Solid knowledge of bank regulatory reporting regulations and requirements required
Strong reasoning and analytical skills; comfortable performing ad-hoc financial analysis and assessments, statistical analysis and worksheet modeling preferred
Working knowledge of regulations relating to regulatory reporting requirements, DFAST and CCAR reporting and related fields in Capital and Liquidity.
Ability to lead projects and work with a cross functional group of business owners
Experience in metric reporting on key performance indicators and key risk indicators
Experience in large, complex environments a plus.
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to interact effectively and influence at all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff
